We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our team in driving management and leadership development initiatives on a global scale. You will be responsible for clearly defining and communicating global strategy, driving execution and demonstrating business impact. You will partner with our global leaders, HR business partners, global learning teams and talent analytics teams to design rigorous evaluation strategies that link clearly to business drivers.


  • Serve as Learning & Development Consultant and Partner with L&D colleagues and HRBPs to implement L&D strategy/roadmap and solve for unique client group challenges; share best practices
  • Identify client training & development needs based on multiple inputs, coordinate innovative learning solutions & proactively share them with partners and team to build relationships and align development efforts
  • Manage development programs end-to-end, establishing processes to streamline and methods to evaluate success metrics – including building, coordinating, facilitating, project management and communications
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to assure that L&D programs are aligned with specific business priorities and outcomes
  • Understand and support moving L&D enterprise solutions into the function, including designing and facilitating in-person workshops & business off-sites
  • Design, develop & deliver training content
  • Create robust (multi-level) evaluation strategies for measuring the results & impact of learning solutions
  • Partner with technical training team to ensure development programs are consistent and integrate seamlessly and build on each other
  • Leverage and maximize the utility of learning and development technologies to expand the impact and scale of the learning footprint globally

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in organizational psychology, education or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in learning & development or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in learning & development or related field preferred
  • Experience developing learning evaluation methodologies, conducting needs analysis, designing learning programs and facilitating experiential learning programs
  • Experience as to L& D design, development, implementation and analysis
  • Experience with designing & delivering high-impact management and leadership development offerings
  • Expert presentation design skills (PowerPoint)
  • Consultative skills
  • Program management expertise
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Knowledge of core learning theories, frameworks, assessments
  • Ability to define, scope, track and report metrics
