For those of you in the Salt Lake City area, or those who are planning to attend the annual meeting of the Linguistics Society of America (LSA) January 4-7, or those who are willing to be convinced to go to Salt Lake City to attend the LSA annual meeting, I would like to call your attention to some professional development activities being hosted by the Linguistics Beyond Academia Special Interest Group (LBA SIG).

Expert Consultancy Sessions – throughout the meeting students have the opportunity to sign up for one-on-ones on topics of professional interest including with the co-convenors of the SIG (check student resources for more info and to sign up)
